B. CERTIFICATES TO BE PRODUCED FOR KG CLASSES AND CLASS - I
1. Duly filled in application form.
2. Original and photo copy of Birth Certificate.
3.Original and photo copy of Community Certificate.
4.Photo copy of Family card.
Note: Those who are promoted from UKG to Class I in our school have to get themselves re-admitted as per procedure.
C. FOR CLASSES : FROM II TO IX.
1.Original Transfer Certificate from a recognised school.
2. Original and photo copy of Community Certificate for S.C., S.T., M.B.C., and B.C.
3. Photo copy of Family Card.
Note:NO NEW ADMISSION WILL BE ENTERTAINED IN CLASS X & XII.
Note:For S.C., S.T., B.C., and M.B.C. the original Community Certificate will be returned after verification.
